You know you’re doing something very, very right when your Coya Dubai DJ residency expands to include sister venues in Abu Dhabi, Monaco, Sardinia , London and Paris, with an Ibiza residency on the horizon in 2020. Then again, hard work has come naturally to Romanian born DJ Alex Twin during his career.
Armed with a set of decks by 16, a vinyl DJ at 19 and running Bamboo Club Bucharest at just 21 and a guest at leading Romanian club Fratelli, he made the move to Ibiza where success quickly followed. Playing a mix of deep house and Melodic Techno vibes to fit each venue, he held residencies at Palm Beach, Cala Bassa, Elephant and, most impressively of all, Café Mambo.Sharing the decks alongside big names like Adriatique, H.O.S.H , Oxia, and many others, he developed his own sound and style, before making the move to the UAE 6 years ago, becoming a full time DJ and producer and Coya’s rising star.Playing feel good music that ranges from Deep House to Melodic Techno across the UAE, he's also held down events across Europe and Asia. With his profile rising in the emirate, he’s become an high-demand DJ including playing at the Monaco and Abu Dhabi F1 after parties and the Official Cannes Film Festival after party DJ.
A producer with a growing reputation, with EPs recently supported by Ibiza DJs like Black Coffee , Lee Burridge , Lost Dessert ,Stereo Express , Blondish and many others, with his Coya residency opening up gigs across the world, Alex Twin continues to do all the right things in his growing DJ and production career.
